Custom Furniture Orders
Due to the custom nature of our furniture pieces, all custom orders are made specifically for you. Once production has begun, custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Cancellation Before Production
If you wish to cancel your custom furniture order before production begins, you may do so and receive a full refund of any deposit paid. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@yieldnftia.world or call +441517098784.
Cancellation After Production Begins
Once production has started on your custom piece, cancellation may result in forfeiture of your deposit. However, we will work with you to find a solution. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Restoration and Repair Services
Restoration and repair services are non-refundable once work has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of completion, and we will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues.
Before Work Begins
If you decide not to proceed with restoration or repair services before work begins, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit paid, provided no materials have been ordered or work has been started.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a custom furniture piece that is defective or damaged due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for inspection of the item
- Provide repair or replacement at no additional cost
- Offer a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
Warranty Claims
All custom furniture comes with a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials. If you discover a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us, and we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval in accordance with UK consumer protection laws
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Custom furniture orders after production has begun
- Completed restoration and repair services
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Personalized or customized items that cannot be resold
