Services

Yieldnftia provides custom furniture manufacturing, restoration, assembly, and repair services. All services are provided subject to these Terms of Service and any additional agreements or contracts entered into for specific projects.

Custom Furniture Orders

When placing a custom furniture order:

• All specifications and design details must be confirmed in writing before production begins
• Deposits are required to secure your order and begin work
• Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except as required by law

Restoration and Repair Services

For restoration and repair services:

• We will provide an estimate before beginning work
• Additional work may be required once we begin and discover hidden issues
• We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding
• While we take great care, we cannot guarantee restoration of items that are severely damaged or deteriorated

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposits are required for custom orders and major restoration projects
• Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, and major credit cards
• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranty and Guarantee

Yieldnftia stands behind our craftsmanship:

• We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of one year from completion
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Warranty repairs will be performed at no additional cost to the customer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yieldnftia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and specifications created by Yieldnftia remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and specifications for custom orders
• Ensuring safe access to work areas for our team
• Protecting furniture from damage after delivery or completion
• Following care instructions provided with completed pieces

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

• Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins with a full refund of deposits
• Once production has started, cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposit
• Completed work is non-refundable except as required by law
• Refunds for services not yet performed will be processed within 30 days

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
